Founded in 2015, Hope Rebuilt, LLC is a team of Licensed Thearpists who are passionate about providing mental health treatment and services to our community. Times are tough, life is hard, and we are not meant to navigate it alone. That’s where we come in! We partner with you to find the hope you have lost or reach the goals that seem insurmountable. We are your advocate, your guide, your confidant. We love what we do and we find it a great privilege to be a part of each of our client’s healing journeys. We would be honored to walk with you!

Our rates
Insurance
We are happy to help you navigate the often confusing world of insurance. We are contracted with BCBS and Aetna, United Healthcare plans. Each client’s responsibility may vary depending on their plan.
Private Pay
Rates depend on the level of experience and education of your provider. We are happy to provide you with a superbill with necessary diagnostic codes that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company for more information about “out-of-network” benefits. All services are considered medical expenses and can be claimed on taxes.
Group Therapy
Out-of-Network option for reimbursement. $250 for 6 sessions plus a $25 materials fee.
