We utilize CPT codes 90791 and 90837 most often. They will explain, given your plan, if you will need to pay towards your deductible, or if you have a simple co-pay per visit. If you are planning to cash pay, our therapists’ rates range from $125-175 for ongoing sessions.

People can seek out therapy for a host of reasons. Sometimes it’s because something like depression, anxiety, or a recent life event is making everyday life difficult. Other times, it’s because someone desires growth, self-reflection, and a non-judgmental place to process life. It can also be because of how things in your past are affecting your relationships, self-esteem, and overall well-being. Whatever it is, reach out to chat with one of our highly trained therapists to learn more about if therapy could be helpful to you.

EMDR is a specific type of trauma therapy that research has shown to be highly effective. It allows us to work with memories and experiences that are affecting how we feel, think, and behave in our life today. EMDR works to get to the root of the issue, once and for all!
Trauma therapy allows us to work through the many harmful experiences we can have in our lives. We utilize many evidence-based interventions such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Interventions, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Attachment-Based Interventions. Your therapist can share more about the options that may be best for you.
