LICENSED ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR

(she/her)

I believe that counseling offers an opportunity for clients to learn more about themselves and build increased hope for a brighter future. My goal is to partner with my clients to help them identify their strengths, learn strategic tools to overcome the obstacles they face, and live happy and fulfilling lives. I aim to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to express themselves and explore even the most challenging topics.

I tailor my services to meet my clients’ unique needs and desired areas of focus. As an eclectic therapist, I implement strategic interventions from dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and other evidence-based practices. I’m passionate about providing an empathetic ear, meeting my clients where they are, and partnering with them to facilitate emotional exploration and healing.

I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families to help them work through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, trauma, and much more. I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives, and it is my role as a therapist to help them build a toolbox of skills that enable them to create positive change and cultivate meaningful lives.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and three dogs. I love exploring the outdoors and going for hikes when the weather allows. I also enjoy quiet evenings with a good book, podcast, or TV show. In my free time, I love to travel and experience new places, different cultures, and meet new people.

I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to help determine if I’m the right fit for your therapeutic needs.
